How to join

You can create a customer account by clicking on the [Sign up] link and completing the registration form. Once you have completed all of the required fields and agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you will be able to use the service for free. You will no longer have to complete the billing and shipping information fields every time you place an order. You will also be able to participate in auctions and group purchases, as well as promotional events and sales exclusive to registered accounts.

Guide for purchasing products:
- Step 1: Search for products
- Step 2: Add products to shopping cart
- Step 3: Place order with a guest or customer account
- Step 4: Complete checkout details
- Step 5: Select payment method and complete transaction
- Step 6: Move to [Order complete] page containing order number

When placing orders as a guest, note down the order number and transaction number shown on the [Order complete] page. This information will be automatically saved for orders placed with a customer account.

Payment

Your credit card company may contact you if a high-value purchase have been made with your card. If it is determined that an order was fraudulently made through the use of stolen cards, false names, or other means, the order may be suspended or canceled at will.

Bank deposit payments can be made by transferring funds through internet banking, mobile banking, telebanking, or by visiting your local bank branch. Payment must be completed within 7 days, with the payer's real name matching the name on the order. If payment is not complete by this time, the order will be automatically canceled.

    Additional surcharges may apply to shipping destinations that are outside the standard delivery range. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Depending on the items ordered, you may experience some delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges and returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- If you request an exchange/return within 7 days of receiving the product. However, exchanges/returns for household appliances will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
- If goods and/or services received are not as originally described or advertised, or carried out in a different manner, you may request an exchange/return within 3 months of receiving the product, or 30 days of discovering the issue.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product or product parts are damaged or missing due to reasons attributed to you, excluding damage caused to the packaging when handling and inspecting the item for faults.
- Goods of diminished value due to opened or damaged packaging (e.g. home appliances, food products, music records/CDs). However, items with screens, such as laptops, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc., can still be accepted for exchange/return in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and procedures on items with defective pixels.
- Goods that have been used, or partially consumed, excluding product samples provided with cosmetic products.
- The value of the product has significantly decreased over time, to the extent that resale is difficult.
- Packaging of reproducible goods is damaged. (Contact Customer Support for more information.)

If you change your mind and wish to exchange/return a product, you are liable for any return shipping fees. (Including color/size exchanges.)

Refunds

Once we have received your return item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. If your order was paid by credit card, you can cancel the credit card authorization before payment is charged. However, if payment has already been charged, your credit card company will refund the amount on the following month.

Validity period:
Points will be available for use after 20 days of an order being delivered. Points that do not meet this criteria will be categorized as 'Pending points.' This is to prevent points from being used through accumulated canceled orders. Available points can be used immediately to purchase goods. (Available points = Total points - Used points - Pending points)

Usage conditions:
The minimum purchase amount required to use points is $0. The maximum purchase amount (per order) that can be paid with points is 'No limit'.

Expiration:
Points will be withdrawn for orders that have been refunded or canceled. Points will automatically expire on deleted accounts. Points will also expire if no additional points have been issued after 3 years since the last issuance.
